Data we collect
This website only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form: your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, type of event, date, venue, number of guests, preferred formula and message.
No audience measurement or advertising tools are used on this website.
Why we use it
Your data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and organise a possible performance. This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and, where applicable, on the performance contract.
Who can access it
- Lionel Fornetti and, where needed to organise the performance, the band’s musicians.
- Technical providers, solely to run the website: the host NOADMIN SAS (Faaaster, France), the OVH email service (OVH SAS, France) which delivers the emails, and Cloudflare, the website’s security service, which may process your IP address, including outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for no longer than 3 years after our last exchange. If a performance takes place, accounting records are kept for the legal period (10 years).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to lionel@elonakane.com or to the postal address above.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
